James media helps connect businesses with their customers through their unique video marketing services. Their client list ranges from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

The podcast is back! J. Joly was in the Seaway Studio to talk about his film production company, Branded To Film. His company will produce feature films from screenplay to final editing and hopes to make Kingston a premier filmmaking destination.

Kevin Coffee (coffeyrunner on Instagram) stopped by the Seaway Studio to discuss the Mile2marathon (@mile2marathon on Twitter) running group that he is starting for runners of all ages and skill level. Mile2marathon is a running and social group.
