Today I am chatting to Keoghan and Clara from Strength Register, an online platform to list up competitions, gyms, coaches, seminars etc and for people to find such things!
We have a good chat about our love of strength sports, our aims and goals and about how we are looking to grow the sports of Strongman & Strongwoman, Weightlifting and Powerlifting from grass roots.
