A testimony in the Christianity context is vocalizing and giving the account of how you as an individual have entered into a relationship with God. Detailing how through God intervening in your life during specific events, you have come into an understanding of Jesus in your life and the significance of His death, burial, and resurrection. When you share your testimony you honoring and glorifying God.

Today I sit down with Grecia Cardenas, as she shares her own testimony of coming into a relationship Jesus. The circumstances that allowed her to experience Gods grace and love and how her relationship with Jesus has influenced every aspect of her life.

Worship is the acknowledgment of God and all His glory in everything we do. Worship is meant to be a lifestyle and the posture of our hearts towards Him. Genuine worship is cultivated through our relationship with Jesus. However there are always common questions with worship. Is worship only the singing portion of the church service? Does it matter if we sing hymns or contemporary Christian music? Do we have to clap and dance to truly worship God?

Today I sit down with worship leaders Jean and Brianna Pieretti who also lead the Chi Alpha chapter at George Mason University to talk about how to cultivate a lifestyle of worship.

On todays interview I sit down with YWAM Richmond base Director Jesse Carmichael as we discuss Biblical Worldview. A biblical worldview is a view of the world which seeks to answer life’s biggest questions from the teachings of the Bible. Many people see having a biblical worldview as unimportant. This includes non-Christians who see the world from a different worldview, as well as Christians who don’t want to apply what the Bible says to cultural issues or everyday life. Yet if the teachings of the Bible are true, then we do well to hold them up like a lantern to the rest of reality in order to illuminate the answers to life’s biggest questions.

Sam Godzwa is the son of our Richmond Chi Alpha Directors Mike and Jen Godzwa. Sam is also extensively involved in Chi Alpha himself as a small group leader and drummer on the worship team. Currently getting ready to transfer from Reynolds Community College to Virginia Commonwealth University, Sam has had a unique upbringing with having parents in vocational ministry. In todays interview, Sam reflects on the development of his faith in college, his career goals, and his perspective on church and ministry during his childhood with being a pastor's and missionaries's kid.

On todays interview Catherine Nelson who is a senior at VCU and a prominent member of Richmond Chi Alpha, shares about her experiences growing in the ability to manage her time well by keeping God at the center. Particularly with her rigorous schedule, major, and numerous Chi Alpha responsibilities.
