Mission Statement

I entered the gym with a little spark of hope that someday I could be the person I am today. During the last ten years working as a personal trainer I’ve had this constant feeling that I cannot help enough people. My success as a personal trainer stems from the connection and trust I build with my clients. Online training always appeared cold and impersonal. I have been searching for a way to utilise online systems to help a greater number of people for the last five years. Daniel came into my life mid lockdown and we instantly knew that we have a shared belief and passion to help others. Together we have created ‘Personal Training Online Not Online Coaching’ with a primary focus of treating each and every client as an individual.

My profound success, both as a personal Trainer and a human being, over the last decade is rooted in my firm belief that fitness is for everyone. It is my gift to share with as many people as possible.
