Brothers Ari and Noah Meyerowitz took charge of Sproutman after their father passed away in 2015—when the brothers were just 25 and 16. They’ve transformed the business into a healthy eating powerhouse that sells organic sprouting seeds that are easy to grow, good for the environment, and more nutritious than supermarket vegetables.

Jackie Adams covered the Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush White Houses at CBS News before becoming the head of a boutique strategic communications firm, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and now the co-author of "A Blessing: Women of Color Teaming Up to Lead, Empower, and Thrive."
