This is the first time that I publicly open up about my struggles with depression and my mental health journey. Men need to talk about this topic more and be willing to learn from others' pain and suffering. Speaking up about suicide, or depression does not make you less of a man, or a human. I've had those dark nights. I've gone into those medicine cabinets, I've picked up those kitchen knives. Luckily, I didn't have the balls to do it. I came out there other end and I am here to share a little bit of my story with you, in hopes that you can see me as someone who cares, someone who wants you here, someone who knows that better days are ahead. Nothing is worth taking yourself from us. You should be proud you have made it this far. I'm proud of you, and I'm always here for you.

Buying him a PS5 goes way beyond just spending a few hundred dollars and spoiling your man. Guys love video games, and I want ladies to understand that doing such a thing would go a tremendously long way... This is merely a fun topic that we can relate to a bigger perspective, listen to this and understand it, but just know that buying a PS5 won't make problems and issues disappear. It is simply a sick ass gift you can spoil your man with. Fellas.. don't be selfish, if she does that for you, be prepared to return the favor

We all want certain things in life, whether it be that brand new car or that dream job. However, we get caught up in what could be and forget that in order to receive those things we wish into our life actually takes work. I want you to succeed, you deserve all of those things, but you have to be honest with yourself... What are you doing on a daily basis to help get you to where you want to go? Are you being proactive, practicing self-discipline, or are you playing yourself? 

Our generation has a fake ambition mindset. We want all these things to happen for us, but are reluctant to put in the work for it. Whatever it is you want, get after it. Don’t let anyone get in the way.

No I'm not talking about the little man downstairs, get your head out of the gutter. We are going to discuss 4 things that us men need to be more careful with: Money, Energy, Attention, and Time. By taking good care of these 4 things, we can strengthen our meat to the point where women can't stay away... All four of these are very precious to us all and it is important to not let anyone take advantage or compromise it. It is your MEAT, protect it at all costs.
