Become unstoppable psychologically bulletproof immune to self-sabotage

Become unstoppable psychologically bulletproof immune to self-sabotage

    self-mastery enables you to interrupt
the signaling between the brain and the emotional
conditioning so that you no longer get sucked into a
Vortex of on productivity. Now if you're keen to know!
Then listen to it carefully, because you need to know all
four parts. Otherwise the whole thing doesn't work, it's
simple, it's powerful, it’s effective and more importantly
you'll be able to use it right away. Now before I jump in
on that, let's just do a quick recap of what we've talked
about in the last couple of videos. Because we talked
about why the online learning industry is dead. Why
most people are chasing knowledge of Mastery, which is
really just going to keep you smart and broke versus
understanding self-mastery, which is the only game in
town. And the reason most people can't really engage in
self Mastery because they have their ant and their
elephant walking in opposite directions. Yes, your
conscious mind says, I want the goals and I want the
new body and I wanted the relationship and you're
unconscious behavior and programming which is
taking you away from it because of the blocks that you
have under engage .Neural conditioning is really the
only way in the fastest way to reprogram your elephant
to be in alignment with your answer that you can
actually have that congruence and break that cell inertia
which were going to be diving into in more detail as we
go forward, but that's really what I've been covering so
far. But today I want to give you this 4-step formula
because again, it's powerful its effective and you can use
it anywhere whether it's on a bus or after or during an
argument with a spouse or whatever. It may be wherever
negative emotion show up. So let me explain that most
people's quality of life is linked to their ability or
inability to manage their emotional state remember
biological maturity is not a choice where we going to age
no matter how many creams we put on but emotional
maturity is something that is volitional is something
that we can choose and we just never really taught in
school. Why you and I probably know a few people
who are running around as emotional teenagers in very
adult bodies. Now, it's not because they're good or bad.
It's just that they've just never been shown. Yeah skills
like the one I'm about to teach you. So let's dive in on
that because if you can interrupt negative thinking
rather than get hooked by it, you're going to have a very
different set of opportunities present themselves when it
comes to your path towards success. So let's just pick a
time. Where do you have? A negative emotion and it
could be something that's a recurring trigger. Maybe
when you see your boss or your think of an event in the
past or something that is a conditioned response or
something. Even in the moment. You didn't see coming
the set you off on a tailspin. Yeah, somebody cuts you
off in traffic or says something mean to you or whatever.
It may be something doesn't go according to plan
because nothing ever does you notice that yeah,
whatever it may be. What happens is we think a certain
thought and those thoughts as I said yesterday produce
chemicals in the body.Every thought you think produces
either a neuropeptide Neurotransmitter or a hormone
and that goes into the bloodstream and what we
experience as a result of that chemical action is what we
call a feeling or an emotion.Yes feelings and emotions
are byproducts the after product of chemicals that have
been released into the bloodstream based upon our
thinking patterns and depending on What we think
depends on type of chemicals depends on the feeling
which is why you can't feel angry thinking they Loving
Thoughts different thought different chemistry. Yeah,
you can't feel forgiveness. If you're thinking a resentful
thought makes sense. So as most of our thoughts are
habitual as we discovered yesterday with the and the
    Elephant metaphor without unconscious program
