    I'll tell you right now that if there's ANY hesitation in your mind that you'll accomplish your health and fitness goals, you will struggle and make things much harder than they need to be, and cause yourself way more pain and suffering along the way.
    There's an exercise that I provide in this episode that can help you figure out exactly what you want, why you think you want it, and how to change your beliefs around it so that you can BECOME committed to it.
    We also talk about investing in your health, and the fact that no matter what, you will pay to address your health (though it may not be in the form of money).
