In the spirit of old-school tabletop role-playing games, a collection of super-nerds engage in Actual Play podcasts of Paizo's Pathfinder Adventure Paths. Interweaving immersive storytelling with irreverent, improvised humor, the Glass Cannon Podcast delivers like no other the experience of what it's really like to sit around a table rolling dice and ball-busting with your best buds. In May of 2022, the original Pathfinder 1E Giantslayer adventure came to an end and the previously unreleased podcast episodes of the Strange Aeons live tour were added. In September of 2023, Campaign Two begins as GM and Glass Cannon Network CEO Troy Lavallee leads a crew of network founders Joe O'Brien, Skid Maher and Matthew Capodicasa along with fan-favorites Sydney Amanuel and Kate Stamas through the Pathfinder 2E Gatewalkers Adventure Path.

Only episode 2 but I’m ROFLMFAO
Man, this podcast is just so funny. I’m listening to episode 2 now. The part with the inn and the Yelp review is so funny, I’m at gym and laughing like a maniac. Must listen!!!
Love the crenellations, don't leave town...
Updating this review after a solid year of listening now. This is hands down the best actual play podcast out there. Other AP podcasts often sacrifice the game in the name of story, by that I mean they think what they have to say is hampered by the mechanics of the game. They essentially lack the imagination to make the story live within the world that has been provided.
The GCP operates withint the world of Pathfinder whilst painting a colourful, rich and deep story. Each chraracter has depth with plenty of Role Play episodes that flesh out the characters and make them more real with each passing week. Troy Lavallee as DM has everything live and die by the dice, skillfully adapting the story as neccessary to changing circumstances. in addition to the pre-written Adventure Path, character story development is woven into the overall arc resulting in a story you truly anticipate from week to week.
Importantly, there is true jeopardy here, no one is fudging their roles to get what they want or to avoid a bad result and this makes the show all the more compelling.
Sound and production quality is excellent from the start and only improves over time and there are truly epic role play moments.
