    It’s almost time to re-open, but before we do we are taking every step possible to ensure the safety of our members.  On this episode we go through a few of the guidelines and protocols that will be in place, as well as what to keep in mind when we return to training as we re-open our doors to you on Monday the 1st of June.

We've been churning out At Home Workouts for the Uncivilized crew, navigating the new platforms we now solely operate on and putting together all the other content to help you keep on track while we have closed our doors. Which is exactly our topic for today, what can we do while we are at home to make sure we are using our time as best as we can.

    From keeping on top of training and nutrition, to staying on track with daily habits and rituals becomes even more important in this time where there is way less structure than we are used to. Going further than that, what can we do to actually learn to new skills, work on weaknesses in our fitness or spend some time diving into personal development. The possibilities are endless, but we talk today about what we can do to to ensure we are not just surviving at home, but that we are thriving.
