Ep-39:Simple ways to really stay in the Present moment

Ep-39:Simple ways to really stay in the Present moment

Our minds give the future and the past too much space, but there is nothing else than now. We sometimes get so detached from the present moment that it seems like foreign territory, so I thought it would be great if I talk a little something on the same.

A quick brief through all that was covered on this episode :

    1. Letting go of the Past

    2. Allow yourself to feel openly and freely: getting in touch with your feelings

    3. Being mindful

    4. Embracing Gratitude

Now that you have an idea of how you can live presently, it’s about practicing these things regularly.

Thanks for giving this a listen, I would appreciate it if you could take out few minutes of your time and leave me a feedback, you can either dm me on Instagram (@anjalichandathisside) or my mail id - askanajlichanda@gmail.com. Looking forward to your responses, take care :)

Ep-38:Why do we feel unworthy? - Anjali Chanda

Ep-38:Why do we feel unworthy? - Anjali Chanda

I just had the sudden thought to share something that I realised while I was journaling. Sometimes I am really terrible to myself, and I relentlessly compare myself to other people, no matter how many times I read or hear about how good enough or lovable I am. Here is what you should remember, You are enough just as you are. And self-love will be a little bit easier every time you remind yourself of that.
Thankyou so much for listening to this short little episode, I hope this brings in a different perspective next time you feel unworthy or undesirable. Instagram - @anjalichandathisside
