    One year later, many states are still closed and the fear of contracting a virus is real for many people. Ivy and Devra shared tips in Episode 23 about strengthening the immune system so that we can protect ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities so we are airing this episode again.
    We have little control over the outside world and what we can do and where we can go. Yet, we still have the most important control of all. We have control over what we eat, how we move, our thoughts, and how we spend all this extra time we have.
