Today we meet Sophie who became a new mom only 8 weeks ago!  While some people spend their whole lives knowing they want children, there are others, like Sophie, who know they don't want kids ...and as we know, sometimes life has different plans for us!

What's very common and often un-talked about are the feelings of guilt, anger, sadness, etc that storm up in new moms, which we attach labels of post-partum to. Sophie being the awakened soul she is decided to dive head first into her feelings without lessening them or avoiding them. 

This is truly an episode no mother or father should miss!
