Yoga Nidra 5c: Long Variation Nidra Restore & Love Yourself with Beth

This version of Yoga Nidra is longer descriptions of each part. The preparation has you focusing on your own control of your body. The relaxation is a deep focus on stillness, and complete relaxation. You will be guided through consciousness of your subtle body and your gross body.

You will then become aware of your subtle body movements of all of the 7,200 nadis in your body, and what is moving even within the stillness. You will then draw the link between the movements of your subtle body and your breath. You will make a resolve with Divine intention, and be asked to make a consistent sankalpa - to not change it.

You will be made aware of sensations, and travel through the Chakra centers, and a visualization of all of the Chakras and their symbols; the lotuses and their petals.

You will then be asked to become aware of your attachment to ALL things. You will close by chanting Om.
