Alex Lim: Singapore Global Gibberish

Alex is a free spirited and ever-curious individual with diverse interests and experiences that have shaped him into the multifaceted person he is today. Spending his formative years in Singapore, Alex later pursued his studies in the UK at 16. His extra-curricular activities—rugby, hip-hop dance, and musicals—encapsulate this period of his life.At 18, Alex returned to Singapore to serve as a Paratrooper in the Armed Forces, trusting his life to nothing but some plastic and string. He continued broadening his horizons by attending college in Santa Barbara, where sandy beaches and a snowboard team felt like a perfect fit. Graduating with a BSc in Actuarial Science, Alex dove into investment banking, only to face a quarter-life crisis when he realized (DUH) it wasn't the right path for him. With the pandemic as a catalyst, he resigned.Embracing change, Alex embarked on a journey of self-discovery, traveling and placing his trust in another kind of plastic bag and string—paragliding. Tapping into his musical and active side, he also rekindled his love for music through DJing.During this transformative period, Alex met a mentor who recognized his coaching potential. This encounter ignited a new purpose within him, and he now dedicates his time to helping others lead more aligned, balanced, and fulfilling lives.
