This is a podcast created by two friends, Jayne and Jen, who are fascinated by the same topics. That of mental health, the nervous system, wellbeing, polyvagal theory, and many more rabbit holes down which we've thrown ourselves since we've met. We love talking about these issues and decided to share our chats with others to see if we can find other like-minded people. We're NOT professionals, and so our content should not be taken as medical advice, however we will point you to sources of support and information where we can. We hope you enjoy our podcast!

    1. Zoom fatigue and a return to "normal"

In this episode we talk to Jessica Andexer, an integrative psychotherapist who runs BEAR IN MIND. Jessica's training, own personal therapy, and work with clients led her to develop a passion for holistic approaches to well-being. This first episode takes us into the impact of trauma and stress and how our bodies respond to stressful situations. We look at zoom-fatigue and what we should be looking out for in terms of how our bodies are reacting. And we also touch on our return to "normal" as the world gets to grips with the new covid-era.
