One comment that I have to hear is that people are unwilling to trade off their youth for the future, but they don’t realize is that everything is a trade-off. In order for you to improve who you are, you have to trade off and make some sacrifices.

But the process is not about feeling bad about the sacrifices, but it’s about enjoying each sacrifice you make along the way. It’s about training yourself to realizing that the journey of making sacrifices is the journey of life.
