    On an episode heavily focused on Women’s football, Sita reviews the two Chelsea Ladies home games he went to watch to visit; a game against Everton and the other a top of the table clash with Manchester City. He also offers his praises to Ellie Roebuck who had to fill in for the injured Karen Bardsley. Topics covered included the recent grid girls incident and the Emma Nwofor’s recent outing at the international combined events in Spain. Miles Sita also brings back the Weekend Update segment, a debut on the podcast, and sings praises about the next big thing, 16-year-old Ebony Salmon from Aston Villa.

Sita then explains the steps that newbies in any industry need to take in order to attract sponsors or collaborative relationships with a special sound clip from Everton Ladies and England Lionesses forward Chloe Kelly. And in light of recent events Miles Sita breaks down the #bloggergate involving former guest to the podcast Elle Darby.

    The first podcast episode of 2018 starts with the Deliver My Best monologue delivered in amazing fashion by the boss himself Mr. Miles Sita. The host then spends time to talk deeply about the recent controversy that has hit popular activewear clothing brand Gymshark including touching on a few topics such as diversity within their main athletes. And with a new show debuting on ITV in February titled “Survival of the Fittest”, Sita reveals why he along with many other people within fitness had to turn down the opportunity to appear on the show.
