Sharing what I learnt from going into debt, and how I got out of it by a change in mindset. Ifirst went into debt as a student, this was the experience. The second time after my divorce in 2010, was the lesson. And I took that lesson to heart, knowing that this wasn't just about getting out of debt, it was learning and growing so that I caould fill my tool box to help others.
I talk about 3imortnat steps I took:
1. Finding a solution for the worst case scenario
2. Receiving the message from the Divine: "Let go of the handlebars"
3. I had a choice not to worry.

Hi, it's time I got out there and talked about ME, me as a human being! In this episode I talk about a session I had just had about being unnoticed, how this stemmmed from my childhood experiences and how I worked through it.

In the first of my Art iof Conversation interviews, I chat with Norma who was one of my first Intuartiv Expression facilitators. When she first signed up for the training, she didn't beleive she was creative at all. Since doing the course she is like a flower that has bloomed, now endlessly creating art and starting to run workshops.
We talk about her creative journey, how she overcomes those creative blocks and so much more.
