Professor Schnackenberg was one of the best teachers I've ever had, and certainly the best I found in the Daniels College of Business. I'm truly torn on which was more fun: going to his class or pronouncing his last name. Joy ensued from both. In all seriousness, Schnack had an incredible way of taking the information that had been presented to me countless times at DCB and made it come to life. I truly believe that we only learn things that we think are important, and he was able to uniquely present information in a way that made me understand why and how it would be beneficial to me moving forward. He also met with me countless times outside of class and gave wide reaching advice that I still draw on to this day. Also, rumor has it that he's a monster on the flag football field, if any scouts are reading this LinkedIn review. 10/10 would recommend all around

The Byington Brothers (Luke, Scott and Eric) are the founders of Queen City Coffee Collective. They were voted the Best New Coffee Roaster in 2019 by Westword Magazine. I met them through a random Craigslist post, and for that, I am forever in debt to Craig. They are the purest definition of good dudes and entrepreneurs. They started QC by roasting in a closet in the back of a barber shop, and have grown into one of Denver's best roasters. Most importantly, every single person who has worked for or with QC has had nothing but good things to say. They take care of everyone they work with, from baristas to farmers to customers. 

This was one of my absolute favorite conversations. Morgan is the man. We were students (and political opponents) at DU, and now he's the co-host of B2B Power Hour— a liveshow that helps marketing & sales leaders thrive in a world dominated by the way it's always been done. He also runs Artichoke Studio, a RevOps and Demand Generation firm.

Erik Fellenstein is one of my favorite people. He's a wildly talented actor, musician, and filmmaker. He's been in multiple shows at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and Colorado Shakespeare Festival, plays in the gypsy jazz swing band LAPOMPE, and just released his debut EP under the moniker Pathlete. He also can ride a bike while eating a Chipotle burrito.
