    In this podcast I share a quick and transformative technique that I've learned called the Heart Lock-In Technique. This method is incredibly beneficial, especially for those of us dealing with ADHD. It's all about self-regulation, maintaining calmness, and staying present. The beauty of it is that the more self-regulated we are, the less our ADHD symptoms disrupt our daily activities, allowing us to lead lives with more ease.

    Throughout the video, I guide you through this method, starting with identifying your current emotional state and then focusing on a regenerative emotion that you'd like to feel. With slow, deep breaths and a focus on your heart center, you can radiate this positive emotion not only to yourself but also to your surroundings.
