Clemence shares about her decision to leave a career in film and start her own baking business. She explains the hurdles it takes to open a food business, and how she decided to start teaching others how to do it for themselves!
The girls discuss both the challenges and rewards of raising a family while working in food, fantasize about travels to Portugal, and lament about the poor mans ratatouille (apparently it can get even poorer!) Sue shares why she moved to Los Angeles to open her business, and how important a strong support system is. The girls have an honest conversation around the topic of self care, and consider that self care may not always mean doing something 'healthy'. Rose is encouraged by her therapist to be angry, Kassie tries to figure out if she's a millenial or genz, and we learn how Sue helps her friends flirt with men!

Deep Dive: Recipe Development (CHURROS- HOLD THE EGG)
