How to break the rules
One concept I like to think about and how it applies to my life both personally and professionally is “legalism”.
I define legalism as “doing the rule, but missing the point”.
Rules are great guide rails to many things both personally and professionally.
But every rule needs context.
And with context, you can break rules where they need to be broken.
I explain this in detail in today’s podcast right here.
Have a listen and let me know your thoughts on this. -

So today I want to share with you three ways that you can create unshakable confidence in someone so that they perform at their peak. -
Coaching Code #2
Within our company, all of our coaches follow what we call “The Coaches Code” - it’s essentially the guide we follow for coaching our clients - especially with regards to difficult situations.
Coaching Code #2 is “process the emotion before the logistic”.
I recently did a training with our coaches on exactly how we do this.
It’s super important for us, and if you’re a coach, I think you’ll find this useful as well.
