Maintaining an understanding and awareness that growth is key in order to avoid the discomforts of stagnation.

Surviving a recession .
Acknowledging that happiness is subjective , and can also be found in moments rather than things or possessions.
& How there’s always another way to what we seek , if we can identify it & not give up on ourselves in the process.
