My favorite podcast

I honestly think it’s really hard to fit into the whole fitness world these days. With perfect curves, perfect diet, organization and at the same time be mentally stable. They bombard us from all sides with a perfect life - all day in the gym, only fruits and vegetables, ... I really like how you contribute to the real perspective and everyday problems and show how all this is normal. Also, it’s wonderful to listen to you, both your voices and how you as young people are so persistent and committed to your work and how you help other people. Love to listen to you!
