HAN SLAMMER RECIPE
1.50z/45ml CAPTAIN MORGAN1oz/30ml DISARONNO2oz/60ml GRAPEFRUIT JUICE.5oz/15ml LIME JUICE.5oz/15ml ORGEAT
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and, with some gusto, SLAM the contents, ice and all, into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish (optional) with one Fabri Amarena cherry. If this option is exercised, it is referred to as a "Han Slammer with a Bee Sting"

The guys make a creamsicle-like frother that gets namechecked in Blues Brothers (kind of).
ORANGE WHIP RECIPE
4oz/120ml ORANGE JUICE1oz/30ml RUM1oz/30ml VODKA.5oz/15ml TRIPLE SEC2oz/60ml HEAVY CREAM
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and pour into a Collins glass.
Garnish with an orange wheel.

GARDEN PARTY RECIPE:
2oz/60ml GIN1oz/30ml DRY VERMOUTH1oz/30ml LEMON JUICE.5oz/15ml AGAVE NECTAR
Add ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon wedges and edible flowers.

The guys revisit the tacky 2000s with this vanilla-passionfruit "martini" from London's Townhouse bar.
RECIPE:
1.5oz/45ml VANILLA VODKA .5oz/15ml PASSION FRUIT LIQUEUR1oz/30ml PASSION FRUIT PUREE.5oz/15ml LIME JUICE .5oz/15mlVANILLA SIMPLE SYRUP2oz/60ml, chilled SPARKLING WINE
Add ingredients (except sparkling wine) into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a passion fruit half.
Serve with a sparkling wine sidecar (on the side).

189. Black and Tan
The guys carefully pour a classic two-tone pint! Contemporarily made with Guinness and Bass (or Harp), the term "Black and Tan" was first recorded in 1889-- but the practice of mixing beers goes back to the 17th century.
RECIPE:
8oz/240ml GUINNESS (OR STOUT)8oz/240ml BASS (OR PALE ALE)
Add the pale ale into a pint glass, filling it halfway. Very slowly, pour the stout over the back of a spoon to fill the glass, floating it on top of the ale for a layered effect.

GONSTER RECIPE
8oz/240ml Guinness8oz/240ml Monster Energy Nitro
Pour Monster Energy Nitro to a pint glass, filling it halfway. Add Guinness, pouring carefully over the back of a spoon, so that the Guinness floats on top.
