Dive into the Darkness
Often our shadows have gems of wisdom to provide us, and instead of running away from them, sitting with them allows us to gain knowledge we wouldn't have otherwise. Even if it's uncomfortable, it will bring you a deeper understanding of self. Shadows and flaws mean we are human; being human means we are alive. It's a blessing to be here and to be alive on this planet, so embrace all that you are because you are worth it now tomorrow, and so on. You deserve unconditional love for ALL that you are, and ALL that you're becoming!

What is healing anyway?
Often we view ourselves as broken, we view ourselves as damaged goods unworthy of love, success, and joy.
I want to start shifting the mindset of "I'm broken and I need to be fixed" to "I love and accept myself, no matter what"
You are so much more than your trauma.
You are so much more than your past.
You are so much more than what your negative thoughts tell you, you are.
Dance with your shadow, and it will become one with your light.
Healing doesn't happen in isolation it happens in a community. It's crucial to be around people who support you in healing your wounds.
Surround yourself with people who inspire you to be the best version you deserve to be.
It's your birthright.

What needs to be karmically cleared? - Think about what have you been holding on to
What are my fears?
Who are the people that make my heart feel warm, safe, and secure?
What makes me feel like a kid in a candy store, and how can I incorporate more of that in my life?
You deserve it all, trauma and all, past and all, you are worth it.
You are enough.

The road to self-actualization, spirituality, and higher levels of consciousness can be tricky, even painful. However, it's possible, and know that you are Divinely guided always.

How can you further live and align with your values?
Life is too short to be miserable because we're forcing things that aren't meant to be instead of aligning with things that are. Life is too short to give our valuable energy away to people, places, and things that don't replenish and treasure us.
