When you have a "spiritual awakening," the brokenness of the world becomes harder and harder to grasp. There is no way back to the bliss of "living in the matrix" - so how do we move forward with this new sense of reality? How do we learn to navigate a world that we feel stranger to? How can we live a mindful life in the midst of war and corruption, financial strife, mental illness, and suffering? How do we find our life's purpose?

In this episode, I introduce some of the concepts we will be covering in future episodes and discuss my own spiritual journey briefly. I am so excited to continue sharing some of my thoughts and reflections, pulling wisdom from great thinkers from this generation all the way back to those who shaped our world thousands of years ago.
