I am soo happy to welcome Lizzie on today's episode. She has a very special story to share with you that involves coming through and healing health issues, homecoming to herself and reawakening to her innate powers. 

Lizzie is a free spirit who loves exploring and currently lives a work & travel lifestyle. Originally from Canada but have been living in many places (e.g. South-Korea) and currently in Kuwait. 

Yoga and Reiki have changed the trajectory of her life and her soul’s purpose is to be a teacher and healer, and share these gifts with others. Knowing the power and possibility of a transformative journey, Lizzie empowers others to connect with their own personal wisdom, healing abilities, and expansive potential to transform, physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually, (re)discover who they truly are, and become the best version of themselves.

I've had the privilege to meet with Talia who has amazing energies and an incredible story to share with you. 

She lived a life that many would say is  a success story - working in the USA working as a tax attorney. Everything seemed to be nicely working out. However it didn't feel satisfying, led to severe burn-out and Talia made a decision to follow her dreams - to become a digital nomad while doing what she loves doing: life coaching. I loved this liberating conversation with Marta!

She completely sees and understands the complexity of life and she is brave to share her thoughts about everything on this episode of the My Success Story Podcast.

Marta has an incredible transformation story from following the traditional academic path (university, PhD) to actually pursuing her interests. From which she has a LOT.  She is a yoga, qigong and breathwork teacher and women's circle facilitator right now but she has a long list of other interests that she is thrilled to follow in the future. It was an inspiration just to listen her wisdom and enthusiasm.

One of my personal favourite sentences from this podcast was: "You just go with what feels aligned step by step and when you start doing that, more aligned things will come into your life and the path takes shape" which I totally agree with and I am the embodiment of this concept myself too.

Megan is a lifestyle by design coach, mindfulness mentor and breathwork facilitator.

When she found breathwork she knew that everyone in her life needed to experience this. It came at a time when globally many people were suffering. Her own practice allowed her the clarity and confidence to leave behind her career of nearly 20 years to build a new business that utilizes her lived knowledge as well as education in psychology. I've had the privilege to spend an hour in the energies of this beautiful Queen.
