In this episode, relatively recent college grads, Alyssa and Jas talk through the infamous, yet widely ignored, phase of post-grad depression, as well as how they navigated through the new landscape of adulthood. Some changes include, but are not limited to, giving up Thursday night bar crawls, frat daygers, and long nights of suffering in the library to wearing business attire, being stuck in Monday morning gridlock traffic, and constantly asking Sharon how her kids are doing. And you’re only doing that IF you’re lucky enough to have a job. Some of you must first find yourselves unemployed for months on end, having more free time than you could have imagined possible. Sounds tough, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Just ask Alyssa and Jas, who in this episode talk about their own personal experiences and how they were able to cope with their post-grad struggles.
