He was a Head trainer on NBC’s The Biggest Loser; the expert and host of Sky TV’s observational docu-series, Obese: A Year To Save My Life and Fat: The Fight Of My Life and he has trained the masses on CBS’s Kelly and Michael, Good Morning America and ITV’s Good Morning Britain.
He was also the host of Lifetimes ‘DietTribe’ and a trainer on Oprah’s OWN Network presenting and instructing his ‘Wake-up Workout’ series
He created Pavelka Wellness and has shared his message and his mission with individuals, families, leaders and teams within organisations to bring awareness and create new behaviours that support overall wellbeing and create a lifestyle for a lifetime.
As if that’s not enough he is a published author and his book, The Program, highlights his Four Elements of Health: Eat, Sweat, Think and Connect, four areas of life that provide a new way to embrace wellbeing in a holistic and inclusive approach.
