Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from La Salle University and is currently in pursuit of becoming a Registered Dietitian. Mike also has his own personal training/nutrition consulting business, Hammer Away LLC. His mission is to help you achieve new levels of strength and body composition to boost your energy, self-image, and ultimately, enable you to live your best life.
