The Universe shakes us to awaken us. Rock bottom will teach you things mountain tops never will.
Inspired by my journey and those who are on this path with me, I’m launching a podcast! I have this burning desire that I can no longer keep inside of me.
Krista's journey as a Surrogate Mom ♡
Krista House is my guest in this podcast episode. In this uplifting interview, she opens up for the first time about her journey as a surrogate mom. She sheds some light on the questions we all have about surrogacy but also shares some amazing news!! So come have a listen to find out what that is because it is kinda very unique and so special. You'll be glad you did.
2020 has been an overwhelming year. The cards are being played against us and we are being divided more than ever so this is why this episode is important. It is a heartwarming story of unity and how these two families came together and have created a very inspiring partnership in the name of Love.
Krista currently lives in Newfoundland with her two young kids and partner, Jeff. Thank you so much Krista for sharing your journey with us.🤗
With excitement and piles and piles of fall love🍁

Filippa is a holistic counselor. She shares her stories of overcoming her biggest fears successfully. The thing is that if she hadn’t, she wouldn’t be living the beautiful life she has created for herself here on Denman Island.
Fear is not the enemy. It has a purpose. It can help us move forward in life.
We discussed how to use it to our advantage and shared tips on how to overcome it.
This episode is sponsored my by workshop “Awakening to Divine Love” happening here on Denman Island on September 20th, 2020. You can sign up here: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/awakening-to-divine-love-tickets-99566546220

Food as Medicine ~ How to heal your body and soul with food.
Food as medicine is what I chatted about with Joanna Stanescu on this episode of the podcast.
Joanna is a board-certified Naturopath and a colon hydrotherapist. We both have healed our bodies and lost weight by eliminating certain foods from our diet. We have never felt better and healthier. Joanna shares how she overcame chronic fatigue and her perspective as a natural health practitioner.
We also discussed:
Supplements, the good, the bad and the ugly
Karmic food pyramid and so much more
When it comes to food if it’s not cleansing you, it’s clogging you. Yikes! So if the quarantine got in the way of feeling your best self check it out.
Joanna offers distance consults via zoom as well, you can find her here: https://therootchakra.com
I hope that you enjoy it and that this episode helps you on your journey.
Thank you for being here. 🙏🏻
With all my love, beautiful consciousnesses.
PS: join me and Mariko this fall at our “Awaken to Divine Love” workshop here on this beautiful rock. Let's take a break from technology and come experience the magic of this gathering in person surrounded by nature. It’s all about learning, growing, expanding and connecting with like-minded sisters. Self-love and how to communicate healthy boundaries in a way that they are heard.
We are born radiant, beautiful, brilliant, soulful, creative, magnificent, loving, compassionate.
But then we grow up and we forget. Society conditions us into believing that we are not pretty enough, not thin enough, not successful enough.
We end up with these limiting beliefs that get in the way of our own success.
In order for us to experience our best reality here on Earth, we have to see and feel our own inner beauty, along with the beauty and value of others.
Today on the Becoming Whole Again podcast, Erin and I got to chat about the steps we can take today towards self-acceptance. When we love ourselves we inspire the people around us to do the same.
Erin also shares how to communicate healthy boundaries so that they are heard and simple truths about self-care as it relates to the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu's eastern acupressure.
You can reach Erin at firstname.lastname@example.org to book a session and check out her YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZ31OriNUN5DDhvo5FjXZVw
I hope you find it helpful, Beautiful Consciousnesses.
Come have a listen,

Darkness retreat ~ 111 Hz frequency of Higher Consciousness ~ DMT
“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.” Joseph Campbell
This week’s topic is the fastest way to reach enlightenment. If enlightenment is what you seek in this lifetime.
Seb has been attending darkness retreats in a cave in the Pyrenees in Southern France. He spent a total of 25 days underground, healing. Shedding the parts of himself that he no longer needed in order to move forward in life. What bravery to not only spend the time facing your shadow but to do it in a cave.
On the third day in the darkness, the pineal gland releases DMT. He goes into detail about his experience in this podcast episode, come have a listen.
I know that the cave has transformed Seb because I’ve known him for 24 years. He’s a new person. He lives a very simple but fulfilled life in Downton London, England giving back to his community.
If this topic has piqued your interest Seb is working on a coaching program to help you succeed and make the most out of your darkness retreat. A website is coming shortly but if you want to get in touch right away, let me know and I will connect you.
In the meantime, join me and Mariko at our workshop/retreat “Awakening to Divine Love” on September 20, 2020, here on Beautiful Denman Island. We’ll learn, play, connect, meditate and eat high vibe foods together.

Ancestral healing. Embracing the wisdom and healing the wounds of our ancestors.
“We either carry our ancestors on our backs or stand on their shoulders.” Maya Tiwari
It is now scientifically proven that if your grandmother went through a trauma in her life, it’s encoded in your DNA. We carry the pain, the joys and wisdom of our ancestors through the crystalline waters of the womb of our mother which came from her mother.
When we look at the stories of our ancestors and where we come from, we are able to move forward. Ancestral medicine enhances not only our lives but the lives of family members, our children and future generations. We heal our family and our community as well.
As we transmute the trauma and pain of our ancestors, we are able to have more empathy, more compassion and a higher level of understanding of the people around us because the illusion of separation falls away.
I had the opportunity to dive deeper into this topic this week with my friend Heather Royal.
Heather is inspired by her Mohawk/Kanien'kehá:ka family & ancestors, the Bear Clan, the medicine keepers and her Celtic grandfather who taught her to follow the rainbow.
Her love of homeopathy, art and shamanism all directly tie to the deep connection and reverence she has to the natural world.
Over many years, she weaves together these experiences shared and gifted to her from indigenous traditions and from her career as an educator, artist and homeopath.
You can find out more about Heather at https://www.spiralhealing.ca
This podcast episode is sponsored by my retreat “Awakening to Divine Love” which I’m co-hosting with Mariko on September 20, 2020. It is about self-care, connection, community, healing and sisterhood.
