Creating Hope After Hate is the behind-the-scenes narrative podcast about the Hope After Hate project, a multimedia project founded by a University of Cincinnati professor to capture her father's Holocaust survival story as his memories begin to fade. Three college students of different majors, backgrounds, and ages, guide the listener on their two week study abroad trip, as the listener learns the incredible tale of Moniek.

Episode 5 - Buchenwald
In this episode, we finally travel to the Buchenwald concentration camp where Moniek's story comes to a close. We learn about the dark history surrounding this German camp before and after the war, as well as the one who saved Moniek's life. We also learn about the miraculous ending between Icek and Moniek.

Episode 4 - Auschwitz
In this episode, we travel to the most infamous Nazi concentration camp: Auschwitz. We tour Auschwitz I and Birkenau, and learn the disturbing details of what happened within the camp. We also travel to Krakow and discover the historic city nestled in modern-day attractions.

Episode 3 - Częstochowa
In this episode, we visit Moniek's hometown in Poland. Here he and his family survived German airstrikes, hid from German selections, and were eventually sent to an ammunition factory. Loss after loss soon occurred. We walk to each historical landmark, as well as Polish landmarks like the Jasna Gora monastery, and discover amazing and heartbreaking things as we learn the origins of Moniek's story.

Episode 2 - Warsaw
In this episode of Creating Hope After Hate, we travel abroad to Warsaw, our introductory destination. We visit what is left of the Warsaw Ghetto Wall as well as both uprising memorials, and learn about Poland's past.

Episode 1 - Our Journey Takes Off
This is Hope After Hate. We are introduced to Hagit Limor, the daughter of Holocaust survivor Moniek, and her quest to create a multimedia project and recruit multiple University of Cincinnati students to accompany her to Europe. Three of those students, Carlee, Shawn, and Madison, decide to create a podcast for the project.
