Watering The Plant is the third initiative of my platform, “Grow By Any Means Necessary.” WATERING THE PLANT: Maintaining the “C.O.S.T. Initiative” (Miss Residence Hall Association 2020-2021) The C- Consistent: Providing monthly service and monthly programming across the boarder from Executive Board and community councils. How do we make this goal successful? Implementing more efficient processes (ex. new submission process, programming work shop for community councils) for the organization to understand and reach the goal.

The Revival: Growing Together is the last initiative of my platform “Grow By Any Means Neccesary.” THE REVIVAL: GROWING TOGETHER: Reviving programming from the pandemic, in announcement of the university being fully opening and operating Fall 2021. Creating mutually beneficial partnerships with other organizations on campus to collaborate on programs where both organizations use our strengths.

Planting The Seed is the second initiative of my platform “Grow By Any Means Necessary.” PLANTING THE SEED: Implementing and restructuring program guides for community councils to follow by for the academic year. Program guides including monthly themes, and synchronous programming for all community councils on various topics.

Tradition is the first initiative from my platform, “Grow By Any Means Necessary.” Tradition: Creating more annual programming opportunities for the students and residents, by the organization.
