On my VERY FIRST episode of Hang Ups, I had a chat with my wife, co-worker, and mother to our 3 children, Meggi Pack. We talked about growing up in the Bible Belt as a competitive gymnast, working together in the entertainment industry, and the "hang ups" that come along with all of it.

Taryn Hiatt is the area director of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. She shares her story of survival, and how she found her purpose at the foundation, along with some helpful info if you feel like you or someone close to you may be at risk for suicide.

Quinn and Megan Allman of the band Vadawave hang out with my wife, Meggi, and me at our kitchen table. We chat about seeing Phish live, family life after touring with The Used and American Idol, and the difficulties of finding a "tribe" in Utah.
