Episode three for Leeds-Barcelona collective MASS connects both cities at the heart of their project with two artists from each scene.

A1 features the talented Leeds-based producer Ollie Burgess aka Zuul/R.O.E as he adds another alias to his belt, AS Groove. He is joined by Barcelona-based Driahn, a seasoned artist in the city and one-half of the DJ Service project.

Monile brings her dreamy visions to the B-side, an artist who continues to blossom with her infectious and spirited taste. Resident Nikol concludes the EP with a timeless breakbeat cut to finish this Leeds-Barcelona connection.

Artuccio, a close friend of MASS is a keen artist and avid digger that carries the spirit of his hometown Montevideo, Uruguay, channeling a fresh sound.

His exquisite taste and technique are a product of the legend DJ Koolt’s academy. Now expressing in Barcelona, he is running the party-label Ascendancy with Lo-Lo and working at Small Black Dots record store.

In this vinyl-only mix, he takes us on a journey through gems both old and new, each with their own uniquely hypnotic and progressive sound.

After following the infamous Alien Recordings imprint for many years, we had the honour of hosting Andy Panayi and Alec Stone aka A² in 2019.

Passion poured out of the pair and it soon became clear how their prolific label has remained relevant for over 20 years.

After Andy's tragic passing in 2020, we are honoured to present these precious cuts recorded in the late 90s and early 2000s.

Andy and Alec's A² project features alongside Andy and Rob Collman's Stopouts project.

The upmost gratitude and respect goes out to Alec, Rob and all the Alien Recordings family for allowing us to publish this memory. RIP Andy ❤️

Music from the Birmingham underground - @arroncroft steps up for the next MASS podcast.

The talented producer and resident of the infamous Penda parties has been sculpting his craft for years now. Finding a home somewhere in the haze of electro, techno and everything in-between, this one hour dive provides a peek into his fiery world. Tune in!

Domi is a refreshing light in the Parisian underground. Inspired by the fringes of electro, breaks, tech-house and everything in between, her sound is driven by a serene, hypnotic vibe that is immediately recognisable.

Powerful melodies are complimented by her passionate and infectious presence. Truly lost in the music, Domi’s dance moves can’t help but bring a smile to your face and we are delighted to welcome her to our MASS Mix series.

You can catch her often playing around France at the likes of Cafe Barge and Nodd Club, as well as the infamous Nostromo Festival coming in July.

Outside the dance floor, Domi is part of a vital collective Consentis which she confounded in 2018. Advocating for a safer and inclusive environment in nightlife, her spirit is a refreshing feat in club culture 💜
