Two Feet In Coaching is an ELITE performance based program founded upon Emotional Intelligence (EQ). It is designed specifically for increased consistency of performance. Simply defined, EQ is the ability to understand your own emotions, the emotions of others while recognizing the emotions inside of the environment. Interesting enough, EQ can improve with practice at a rate of 7-10% with proper training.
Elite Performance training is designed for professionals administrators, families, plus coaches; however, I’d suggest inviting anyone within the organization that you believe has the potential to become ELITE.
This program will give daily techniques to assist in performing at their best, when it is time to be their best! We will introduce a new language, plus create solutions to life’s daily mishaps. These EQ techniques combined with our coaches unique background has allowed good teams & organizations to become ELITE. It is hard to improve when you are executing at a high rate, so this program is designed to be the advantage!
