- Society & Culture
Join us on the adventure of a lifetime!
Courtney and Sufyan here to talk with you about everything under the sun! Courtney is an American currently living and working in Iraq in international development. Sufyan is originally from Baghdad and currently works in the media. We created this podcast to: 1) have a fun hobby we could do together 2) learn more about ourselves and the world, and 3) create a community to share ideas and thoughts about life and how to live it to the fullest. We only have one life to live, so let's make it an adventure!

The Language of Love
In our fourth episode, we discuss our results from the online "Discover your Love Language Quiz". The Five Love Languages is a book by Gary Chapman in which he describes the different ways that people give and receive love, including: Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Acts of Service, Receiving Gifts, and Physical Touch. We can learn a lot about ourselves and become fluent in all the languages to better support and love our family, friends, and romantic partners. Courtney shares an impromptu song from her choral days in elementary school - you can listen to a professional version of the song below!
