In the sense that picking the right market is often more important than anything else. But then getting the right team in place is more important than you having a good idea or not because it's the initial idea ... it's going to evolve. It's not like you’re sitting in the bathtub with the rubber duck and saying this is what the company is and what it's going to do. It is rather the sum of a 1,000 ideas. And then 990 of them are not yours"

And people are far, far more likely to buy from the one with one negative review ... The notion that, 'oh, you have to be perfect!' is actually not believed by your customers"

Very educational and inspiring. Really love the relaxed style, great guests and the interviewers voice is wonderful - I wish he’d say more as he obviously knows a lot but its nice to see someone ask great questions and just sit back and let great guests express themselves. The conversations are short but somehow seem to cover an awful lot of ground. 100% recommended listening!

Great to listen to founders talk about their personal histories,why they built their companies, what are the challenges and also about future trends that excite them. Nice to listen to people just talk about themselves and their industries and the world as they perceive it without marketing spin or using unnecessarily exclusive language!
