Resolutions are super popular this time of the year, but not for the long-term.  New Year's Resolutions have a bad reputation for not lasting the entire year.
Instead of making resolutions, let's make some new habits.

Today, I share with you 3 habits you can start doing today.  These are simple, easy, and don't require any big resolution declaration.

#2: Make Sleep a Priority
#3: Give Yourself a Timeout
