In this episode - I counter one of the most frequent requests I receive. Will you design a meal plan to help " Build Muscle ", "Burn Fat", "Eat Healthier", "Tone Up", "Increase Energy"... etc etc ?? The most common answer provided by me is - I would rather build a plan to suit your PREFERENCES (food choices ), your LIFESTYLE & ADAPT it in line with your GOALS.
The result after 6Weeks will be astonishingly different. Instead of being a mentally exhausted, emptionally unstable, physically drained & willpower depleted person - You will be armed with KNOWLEDGE which gives you massive POWER which combined changes everything including how you FEEL!!
