When I first started out on my own journey, I had no idea what to pay attention to, but fast forward 5 years & 30lbs lost, I want to share a secret 👇🏼

Weight loss is EXACTLY like finances.

Now hear me out:

💰If you want to get rich or get out of debt, what do you need to do?
1. You get clear on what’s ACTUALLY happening.
3. You track your income.
4. You track every single dollar spent.
5. You look at the net $$.
6. Then you adjust accordingly until you are saving more than you are spending!

💃🏼And if you want to lose weight, what do you need to do?
1. You get clear on what’s ACTUALLY happening.
2. You track your calories in.
3. You track your movement.
4. You look at the net calories (calories in vs. out).
5. Then you adjust accordingly until you are in a calorie deficit (eating less calories than you burn in a day)

So, right now, if you are NOT losing weight, your math is wrong!
You may not be tracking weekends
You may be unaware of sneaky calories.
You may be forgetting to log things.
But, science doesn’t lie.

If you are eating too many calories, YOU WON’T LOSE WEIGHT!!
