What does the future hold for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in sports? Join Point Park University’s Women in Industry (WIN) and Women in Sports and Events (WISE) Pittsburgh for a virtual PowerPlay session as a panel of sports and DEI leaders share their experiences and approaches to developing and evolving DEI initiatives in sports, including the positive impact diversity, equity, and inclusion can have on sports organizations and the broader community, as well as actionable steps needed to become more inclusive and equitable.

This episode explores how to develop productive professional relationships and to encourage participants to view mentoring as mutually beneficial and seek out others to whom they can give as much as they get.

We hear about the wage gap frequently, but paychecks aren’t the only thing holding women back in retirement and planning for their retirement.  Most of us are so busy with our professional lives and taking care of everyone else, we lose sight of our own finish line!  This session will discuss how to plan for YOUR finish line, what will happen to you financially, and what will happen to your business when you reach retirement.
