You’re Not Buggin’, Stay Consistent! - Ep. 21

You’re Not Buggin’, Stay Consistent! - Ep. 21

Why is it so hard to stay consistent?! Especially when YOU KNOW in your heart that consistency is the only thing holding you back from where you want to be? It’s like spiritic moments of unproductivity and lack of motivation pass and all of a sudden you don’t know why you’re doing what you’re doing. Suddenly you feel like starting that business isn’t the best idea, promoting your music is a waste of time, taking that next step to get your own place doesn’t seem like the best move (no pun intended)..

Don’t fall for the negativity, STAY CONSISTENT!

Why Not Therapy? - Ep. 10

Why Not Therapy? - Ep. 10

Why do we turn a blind eye to those within the black community who make the decision to consult with a therapist? Being able to be heard and reflect on feelings in a positive light is a beautiful thing and should be more supported.
The sad reality is that many generations within our community have carried and passed on unaddressed trauma that has left a lot of us with weight we can’t carry.
