    It's always interesting getting my guests to pull back the curtain and share their story and the path they’ve taken.  Some chats are deeper than others but at the end of the day if 1 person can relate to what I or my guest is talking about then I’ve done my job.  Creating that conversation around mental health or changing someone’s mindset towards eating, training or towards life in general.  The Back Yourself Podcast will NOT tell you what you need to do but it will hopefully get people’s minds working and maybe start the conversation for someone.
