Savage Podcast

I downloaded some of Chris's podcasts while I was on holidays and it is a brilliant insight into barbell training and as a Masters lifter it's a great resource from everything from programming, training intensity and everything coffee. Download it it's great

Barbell Buddha Review

First listened to Chris on the Barbell Shrugged podcast and then stumbled upon this podcast. I was very pleased as I found he added a lot to the barbell shrugged episodes and I think his ideas and outlook are very amusing and catch my imagination. I'm late to finding his podcasts so trying to catch up on the early episodes but loving it all. Peace :)
