    This Podcast is based on Placebo Effect. Henry Beecher discovered the placebo effect as a medic in World War II. After running out of pain-killing morphine, he replaced it with a simple saline solution but continued telling the wounded soldiers it was morphine to calm them to his surprise, almost half of the soldiers reported that the inert saline solution actually reduced or erased their pain. Place Effect has a very close relation with Positive Psychology. Positive psychology is a branch of psychology focused on the character strengths and behaviors that allow individuals to build a life of meaning and purpose—to move beyond surviving to flourishing.

You know at the back of your mind that there is something else that defines you or resonates with you as an individual, ok lets talk about your simple goals. But you are ready to let go of your scheduled activities for some quick entertainment, other priorities or a comfortable job… but somewhere within, you still want to come back to your bigger goal, the bigger purpose, something that defines you.... and when your mind makes you swing back and forth between your life purpose and your daily hustle or distracting activities, you find yourself in a Procrastination Pendulum
