    Olivia kickstarted her career in real estate as a residential agent, swiftly establishing herself as a prominent figure within the local community in New Orleans. She was able to quit her corporate job as an engineer through house hacking and passionately teaches folks how to do the same. Olivia has now transitioned into a career as a full-time interior designer and real estate investor, with a portfolio that consists of a mix of short-term and medium-term rentals. Olivia is also a YouTuber and an avid traveler who has been to over 50 countries. On social media sharing her designs, travels, and investing strategies with her followers.
