Brilliantly informed resource!

This podcast is the best resource I’ve found as a therapist on binge eating disorder. Both for myself and some of the people I work with. I appreciate the short episodes as they are easy to digest and all the linked resources are fantastic. ⭐️

An invaluable resource!

This podcast has so much rich and informative content on how to navigate the chaotic experience of being a binge eater. Jo is a former binge eater who has lived experience which makes her content so relatable. Each week her episodes are filled with advice, strategies and support for helping to overcome binge eating. She also offers one on one and group support if you want further help. I look forward to each Monday when a new episode drops as I know it is the best start to my week.
